Collagen Stimulation Foundation
Start Regenerating and stimulating your patients faces

Stimulate, don’t fill. The biology of long-term aesthetic outcomes.
Collagen Stimulation Foundation is the second pillar of the LVATE Academy curriculum and the entry point into regenerative aesthetic medicine. Where hyaluronic acid fillers replace lost volume, collagen-stimulating agents work with the patient’s own biology — inducing neocollagenesis, improving skin quality, and restoring the structural foundation of the face. This course teaches participants how to select, prepare, and place these products safely, with a clinical framework grounded in layered anatomy and conservative dosing.
Understand the biology
From poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) to calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) and polynucleotides — learn how each agent interacts with the dermis and subcutaneous tissues, what timeline of response to expect, and how to communicate that timeline to your patients.
Indications, not products
Treatment planning starts with the clinical question, not the syringe. Participants learn to identify when a biostimulator is the right choice — and when it is not — based on tissue quality, age, weight trajectory, and patient goals.
Layered anatomy
Biostimulators behave very differently across tissue planes. The course covers the anatomical foundations that determine where each product belongs, with particular attention to the regions most relevant to volume loss and skin laxity.
Hands-on technique
Supervised practical sessions cover product reconstitution, dilution protocols, cannula and needle technique, and the depth of placement appropriate to each indication and product.
Safety and follow-up
Recognise and manage the adverse events specific to collagen-stimulating agents — including nodules, late-onset inflammation, and asymmetry — with clear, written protocols you can take into your own practice.
What you take away
A regenerative framework you can apply from day one
Collagen Stimulation Foundation prepares participants to integrate biostimulators into their existing practice with confidence. The focus is on indication-driven decision-making, conservative protocols, and the long-term thinking that defines successful regenerative treatment.
Patient selection
Identify the patients who will genuinely benefit from collagen stimulation — including the growing population of medication-derived weight loss patients — and recognise those who will not.
Reproducible protocols
Take home dilution schemes, injection depths, and treatment intervals tested in daily clinical practice, with a structured plan for the typical three-session course.
Combination thinking
Understand how biostimulators integrate with hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin, and energy-based devices — and where the boundaries of each modality lie.
One day. Small group. Munich.
Collagen Stimulation Foundation takes place at LVATE Academy, Ottostraße 1, in central Munich. Group size is intentionally limited to ensure individual attention throughout the hands-on sessions. The course fee includes all training materials, products used during the practical work, and a certificate of completion.
