From single indications to facial architecture

Filler Advanced replaces the indication-by-indication view with an architectural one. Participants learn to read the whole face — skeletal support, fat compartment deflation, ligamentous laxity — and to plan treatment sequences that restore rather than augment. Chin, jawline, temple and deep midface are covered in technical depth, alongside the discipline that defines advanced practice: revision thinking and vascular safety at every step.

What you will learn
/01

Full-face assessment and planning

A structured framework for reading skeletal, fat and ligament changes — and translating them into a staged treatment plan.

/02

Chin and jawline

Supraperiosteal projection, gonial angle definition and the transition zones that make a jawline read as natural.

/03

Temple and upper face volume

Interfascial and supraperiosteal approaches to the temple, and their distinct safety profiles.

/04

Deep midface and tear trough judgement

Deep pyriform and SOOF support, when the tear trough is a filler case — and, more often, when it is not.

/05

Revision cases and vascular emergencies

Dissolving strategy, staged correction of overfilled faces, and a rehearsed protocol for intravascular events.

Included

Learning materials, filler and consumables for both days, and access to the online platform.
