A safe, anatomical entry into hyaluronic acid treatment

Filler Foundation gives physicians a rigorous, anatomy-first entry into hyaluronic acid. Participants learn how modern fillers are built, how they behave in tissue, and — above all — where they may be placed safely. Lips, nasolabial fold and midface are taught plane by plane, with both cannula and needle, and every technique is framed by vascular anatomy and structured complication management.

What you will learn
/01

Product science

Cross-linking, rheology and lifting capacity — how the physical properties of a filler determine where and how it should be used.

/02

Layered anatomy of the lower and midface

Skin, fat compartments, SMAS, ligaments and periosteum — the layered map that makes every injection plane explicit.

/03

Lips, nasolabial fold and midface

Step-by-step technique for the three foundational indications, with conservative volumes and natural, restorative goals.

/04

Cannula and needle

When each instrument is the safer choice, entry-point planning, and the tactile skills of atraumatic advancement.

/05

Complication prevention and management

Recognising vascular compromise early, hyaluronidase protocols, and a rehearsed emergency algorithm for every practice.
